This year has a European flavour with a stay in a Villa in Portugal, driving tour of Brittany, home exchange in a farmhouse in Gascony and of course a return to the farmhouse in Derbyshire.

OMG! Spectacular Opera!

Couldn't believe the stage which was immense. Everchanging with the lighting and SPECTACULAR with acrobats tumbling from the top of the head, sword fights and explosions with figures toppling into the water. The grim reaper, quietly rowing through the dark waters.

What an experience and yes the music was fabulous.... enhanced and amplified by the still waters of the lake.
