Loved visiting Milford Haven where we bought fish fresh from the trawlers. Met some amazing people in the old pub...........all had been to Oz and had great stories to tell of misunderstandings such as turning up at lunch time for dinner.- who says we all speak English.
Used my octopus tripod (my birthday present from the Gunnison Gals) to take a shot of mum and I at the cottage. Strange to see the ocean again after such a long time. Lotsa people surfing brrrrrrrrrrrr.
Also met people from Georgia who were doing the coastal walk... would love to do that. Maybe next year. Within minutes found out that they had a house in Crested Butte ski resort and that one of their employees worked at Curves in Gunnison. Amazing place Gunnison!
Adventures 2013
This year has a European flavour with a stay in a Villa in Portugal, driving tour of Brittany, home exchange in a farmhouse in Gascony and of course a return to the farmhouse in Derbyshire.
Let the adventures begin and may they be full of life experiences!
