Farewells happening everywhere!!! Really enjoyed Caleb's at Sea La Vie, Dee Why. Look forward to seeing a few people out in USA!!







Next day a bit frantic, Roger played golf, breakfast out with Jim Burrows. I PACKED MY BAGS - a day ahead (a first for me, usually on the day!). Roger lost his passport! I lost my keys - but all was well in the end. Off to the theatre tonight and then off on yet another adventure!

International Lighthouse day

An incredible day...millions of people waiting to do a tour. Lot's of interesting people. Great to meet Axel, Gerard and Patrick, amateur radio operators who were in a competition to contact as many lighthouses as they can. Fantastic to hear all the different call signs. Met Ellen a new volunteer on her first duty at the lighthouse!

Can't believe the junk. Got up this morning and there was a queue of people waiting to come in!

One guys came in for a look at surfboards and ended up walking away with rucksacks, tent, jump leads and goodness knows what else!

Be glad when its all over and we can't start planning for Gunnison.
